TrustScore™ is TrippleT's proprietary multi-factor trust rating for vehicle operators, updated nightly. It's calculated from: Customer Ratings (25%), Document Compliance (20%), Trip Completion Rate (20%), Complaint History (15%), Response Time to Booking Requests (10%), and Platform Tenure (10%). Scores range from 0–100. Providers below 40 are flagged for review; below 20 are automatically suspended. Elite providers (85+) earn a special badge that increases their booking rate.

Once your trip starts, TrippleT tracks your vehicle's GPS location every 5 seconds and displays it on a live map in the app. More importantly, you can generate a shareable tracking link — a public URL that anyone can open in a browser without downloading the app. This is particularly useful for sending to parents or family members who want to monitor your journey. The link expires 24 hours after trip completion.

TrippleT continuously monitors all active trips against the planned route. If the vehicle deviates more than 500 metres from the expected path, an automatic alert is triggered. The customer receives an immediate push notification and SMS. Your emergency contacts are notified. Our admin team is alerted and will attempt to contact the driver. The trip is flagged for investigation. In rare cases, SOS can be triggered to escalate to local authorities.

TrippleT offers a fair, time-based refund policy: Cancel 72+ hours before your trip → 100% refund. Cancel 24–72 hours before → 50% refund. Cancel less than 24 hours before → No refund (driver has already reserved time). Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. In cases of provider cancellation, you always receive a 100% refund regardless of timing, plus priority rebooking assistance.

Absolutely no hidden charges — this is a core TrippleT principle. Every fare is fully itemised before you confirm booking: Base fare (per km or per day), Driver allowance (per day), Night charges (if applicable), Inter-state permit fees, Peak season surcharge (if active), Platform service fee (transparent %). The total you see at booking is the total you pay. Your confirmed fare is legally locked — no driver can demand additional money on the road.

The SOS button is a prominent red button always visible on the Live Tracking screen during your trip. In an emergency, pressing it triggers an immediate multi-pronged response: (1) Your live GPS location is sent to all your saved emergency contacts via SMS with a Google Maps link, (2) TrippleT admin team receives a high-priority alert and contacts you within 30 seconds, (3) The trip is locked — the provider cannot cancel or modify it, (4) GPS tracking frequency increases to every 10 seconds. We recommend setting up your emergency contacts in the Profile section before every trip.

The RFQ system is designed for custom trips where exact pricing varies — multi-day tours, special routes, or specific vehicle requirements. You submit your trip details, and TrippleT automatically matches your request with up to 5 verified providers in your area. Each provider has 4 hours to submit their quote. You receive notifications as quotes arrive. You can compare them side-by-side (price, TrustScore, response speed) and accept the best one. Once you accept, the standard booking and payment flow proceeds.

Yes — group and event transport is one of our specialties. For weddings, corporate offsites, pilgrimages, and large group travel, we offer a Concierge service where our admin team personally manages your booking. They coordinate multiple vehicles, handle driver communications, prepare consolidated pricing, and provide a single point of contact throughout. Concierge bookings support convoy tracking — family members can track all vehicles simultaneously. Contact us for groups of 15+ passengers.

TrippleT is built for India. The customer app currently supports English (EN) and Hindi (HI), with Tamil (TA), Malayalam (ML), and Kannada (KN) actively in development. The AI Trip Planner can understand and respond in all five languages. SMS notifications are sent in the language preference set in your profile. If you need assistance in a regional language, our support team includes agents fluent in all major South Indian and North Indian languages.
