Q.Is it free to join?
Yes. There are no fees to register, list vehicles, or maintain your account. TrippleT charges a commission only on completed trips.
Q.How is the commission calculated?
Commission ranges from 6–10% depending on your monthly booking volume. The more you operate, the lower your rate. GST of 18% is applied on the commission amount.
Q.When do I receive payment?
Payment is transferred to your registered bank account within 1 business day after trip completion. We use NEFT/IMPS for fast transfers.
Q.What documents do I need to register?
For your company: GST certificate, business registration/Aadhaar, bank account. For each vehicle: RC Book, Insurance, Fitness Certificate, PUC, applicable permits. For each driver: Driving licence, Aadhaar, police clearance.
Q.Can I operate in multiple cities?
Yes. You can define your service areas during onboarding. You can serve customers across state borders if you have the relevant interstate permits.
